Who I am

I am Ben North, working as Yoni Massage Manchester. I am responsible for how your information is used in connection with this website and my work with you.

What information I use, and why

• Messages you send me by email or WhatsApp: to reply to you and to arrange a call or session.
• Booking details: when you book a call or session through Acuity Scheduling, the details you enter are held by Acuity and shared with me so I can run your booking.
• Short forms: if I ask you to complete a form before or after a session (for example an intake, consent or feedback form), the answers are held in Google Forms and used only to prepare for and support your session, or to improve my work.
• Website visits: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages are visited, the type of device and an approximate location. It does not tell me who you are.

WhatsApp

The Message me button opens a WhatsApp chat with Full Body Alchemy, my sister company, and the message comes to me. WhatsApp is a service run by Meta, so messages you send go through their systems under their own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies until you choose. If you press Accept, Google Analytics sets a small number of cookies (they start with _ga) to count visits. If you press Decline, they are not used. The site remembers your choice in your browser only.

You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

Confidentiality

What happens in a session stays between us. I do not share what you tell me, and I do not use your session for anything other than supporting you.

How long I keep it

I keep information only for as long as I need it to look after you and to meet my responsibilities, and then I delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how I use it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to ben@yonimassagemanchester.co.uk, use the Message me button on any page, or book a free connection call, and I will reply.

If you are not happy with how your information has been handled, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
